Description
NETUM CS7501 Portable Wireless Barcode Scanner
The NETUM CS7501 is a compact 1D and 2D barcode scanner designed for mobile stock control, retail, warehousing and general inventory applications.
Its 1280 × 800 CMOS imaging sensor reads common barcode formats including EAN, UPC, Code 39, Code 128, QR Code, Data Matrix and PDF417. It can also capture many damaged, distorted and low-contrast barcodes that may be difficult for basic scanners to read.
Flexible Connectivity
The CS7501 provides three connection options:
- Bluetooth for compatible computers, tablets and mobile devices
- 2.4GHz wireless with a range of up to 65 metres under clear line-of-sight conditions
- USB-C for wired scanning, charging and data transfer
In Bluetooth HID mode, scanned information is entered into the active field of a compatible application in the same way as keyboard input.
Offline Storage and Scanning Modes
Offline storage mode allows barcode data to be saved within the scanner when it is outside wireless range. The stored information can then be uploaded after the scanner reconnects to the host device.
The CS7501 also supports trigger, continuous and auto-sensing scanning modes, allowing it to be configured for occasional manual scanning or repetitive barcode capture.
Lightweight and Practical
Weighing approximately 127g, the scanner is comfortable to carry throughout the working day. Its ABS and TPU housing is designed to withstand drops from up to 1.5 metres onto concrete.
A built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery supports extended wireless operation, making the CS7501 a practical option for:
- Stocktaking and inventory management
- Goods receiving
- Order picking and packing
- Retail stock control
- Asset tracking
- Product identification
- Mobile point-of-sale applications
Please note that no official IP water or dust protection rating is stated for this model, so it should not be described as waterproof.
